If you are not fully satisfied with our Product we offer you your money back (minus $ 15 for shipping) within 7 days of receiving the item. You need to send back the unopened and unused product at your own expense. Product that arrives damaged at your destination will be replaced at no expense to you. We insure the product with UPS against shipping damage. And obviously, if there is anything concerning the shipment / product that is our fault that you are not completely satisfied with (within reason), we will gladly replace the product for you at our cost.
